As a Conflict Analyst, you will play a vital role in the firm’s client acceptance and conflict clearing process. This position involves conducting thorough risk analysis and proactively facilitating the resolution of potential conflicts. Your responsibilities will include researching new projects using online resources, including court websites where applicable, to perform in-depth analyses. You'll conduct database research to identify potential conflicts that could impact the firm's finances, reputation, or client relationships. A key aspect of this role is facilitating the resolution of any identified conflicts and maintaining data integrity within our conflict check database and client intake system. You will also support and contribute to strategic projects, including the enhancement of our conflict check technology.
