Analyst | Research - Cushman & Wakefield, Ahmedabad
We are seeking a dedicated Analyst to join our Research team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for driving insightful real estate analysis and supporting our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the collection, validation, and analysis of real estate data across Office, Retail, Residential, and Industrial asset classes in Ahmedabad. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the database.
- Develop insightful analyses of real estate trends at the city level.
- Collaborate with internal C&W transaction teams to understand market nuances and integrate them into analytical commentaries and reports for Pune.
- Prepare C&W research newsletters (e.g., quarterly market updates) and other real estate reports or presentations for the Pune market.
- Provide data-driven support and market insights to city leadership (MDs, etc.) by addressing queries on data and key market trends.
- Adhere strictly to company templates and demonstrate strong business writing skills.
- Continuously track real estate developments in Ahmedabad, public policies affecting real estate in Maharashtra/Pune, and national real estate news to foster professional growth.
- Engage with local transaction teams and research counterparts in other cities to share best practices and standardize reporting.
- Contribute to broader research products, including white papers, media articles, and thought leadership pieces, which are vital for career advancement.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional data analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and presentation.
- High proficiency in report writing, article drafting, and white paper creation.
- Previous experience in real estate research is preferred.
- An interest in allied/emerging real estate segments such as Private Equity inflows, data centers, logistics & industrial, and hospitality will be highly valued.
