Analyst

We are seeking an Analyst to join our team at eClerx in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively listen, comprehend, and convey information to stakeholders. This role requires a collaborative approach to executing tasks within defined timeframes while upholding high-quality standards and superior service levels. Proactive initiative and a willingness to go beyond assigned responsibilities are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and escalate risks, ensuring timely reporting of outstanding issues to clients.
• Perform critical trade support activities throughout the Trade Lifecycle, including Trade Confirmation matching, Trade Pre-Settlements support, front-to-back office reconciliation of trade positions, report generation, and settlement of cash flows from trading events.
• Manage operations for Syndicated Loans and Corporate Actions.
• Undertake other capital market operational tasks, such as Reference Data support and Regulatory reporting (SDR, KYC), and various front-office and back-office reconciliations.
• Develop expertise in a wide range of financial products, including Equity Securities and Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, FX Spot, Options, Futures, Credit Derivatives Swaps, Commodities Derivatives, and Fixed Income products.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) or Master’s Degree (M.Com, MBA, PGDM).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in investment banking operations, with exposure to projects, people, process, and client management.
• Foundational knowledge of finance, trade lifecycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
• Strong logical and quantitative abilities for data-driven insights.
• Excellent time management and issue resolution skills.
• Proficiency in planning and organizing tasks effectively.
