Customer Care Executive - Inbound US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling) - Pune

eClerx is seeking a dynamic Customer Care Executive for its inbound US Voice Process, with a strong focus on sales and upselling. This role is based in Pune. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers in the United States. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries efficiently, and identify opportunities to drive revenue through product and service sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, employing probing questions for full understanding.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions, with a proactive approach to upselling.
• Effectively manage customer objections and concerns with empathy to facilitate sales closure.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, issues, and sales within the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on company products, services, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Prior experience in customer service and sales, ideally within a call center setting.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity for quick, on-the-spot thinking.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
