Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally and courteously respond to inbound customer chats.
• Engage customers to understand their needs, providing accurate information on products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Address customer objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism to facilitate sales closure.
• Meticulously document all customer interactions, inquiries, issues, and sales within the CRM system.
• Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Exceptional written English communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service and sales, ideally in a chat or online environment.
