Full Job Description
Join Cardinal Health in Elgin, Illinois as an Analyst, IT Client Services. This full-time, onsite role focuses on providing comprehensive Tier 1-3 technical support to end-users across various computing and information services. You will be instrumental in resolving user requests efficiently, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues, and educating users to prevent recurring problems. Responsibilities include configuring, deploying, maintaining, and supporting workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telecommunications equipment. This position requires a strong understanding of client and warehouse hardware, software, network configurations, and server interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills for exceptional customer service, the ability to work independently or collaboratively, and a proactive approach to correlating business requirements with technology solutions. This primary support role includes the requirement for after-hours and weekend support as needed, along with periodic travel to support business initiatives. A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience and a two-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience are essential. Experience with multi-platform environments including Windows 10/11, Citrix, Microsoft 365, AWS desktops, Android, and SOTI is preferred, as is knowledge of warehouse technologies like laser printers, Zebra printers, wearable/handheld terminals, and IWD/RF scanners.
