Analyst

About This Role

The Analyst joins ICE's Infrastructure Development & Automation team to build and maintain automation platforms, infrastructure monitoring tools, and internal development projects while supporting users and improving existing systems. You will interact with various server platforms, storage solutions, network devices, databases, and user inputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from relevant business owners and create wireframes or diagrams to explain solutions.
• Ensure orderly release management and SDLC processes are followed across all projects.
• Collaborate with technologists from other teams to ensure new software captures requirements securely using the best data sources.
• Create and maintain documentation of system components, write unit and integration tests for reliability, and help train end-users on new tooling.
