Analyst II

UST is hiring an Analyst II - Information Security to design, implement, and manage Forcepoint DLP and Web Security solutions. This role involves configuring web filtering, URL categorization, and proxy access policies to enforce secure web access for on-premises, remote, and cloud users. Key responsibilities include defining and enforcing DLP policies to protect PII, financial data, and sensitive organizational information through data classification, fingerprinting, and content inspection techniques.

You will monitor, analyze, and respond to DLP incidents and web security issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and provide L3 support for technical escalations. Integration of Forcepoint solutions with Active Directory, SIEM/SOAR platforms, endpoint security, and email security tools is essential. Collaboration with Security, SOC, Network, and Infrastructure teams ensures alignment with compliance standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP and Web Security, knowledge of web filtering, proxy security, and incident response. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields, relevant certifications, and experience in enterprise security environments.
