Analyst Developer Role at FNZ Group in Gurugram
FNZ Group is seeking an Analyst Developer in Gurugram to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for the analysis, design, and development of sophisticated financial technology solutions.
Analysis & Design Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analysts, testers, and developers to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Determine the detailed requirements for changes within the scope of features and user stories.
- Work with analyst testers and solution consultants to ensure well-defined, fit-for-purpose solutions that meet end-to-end requirements.
- Understand underlying business processes and the technical environment to provide effective solutions.
- Propose and implement solutions for technical issues, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and design requirements.
- Design APIs and external system interfaces for integration into FNZ products and third-party applications.
Development Responsibilities
- Translate complex financial business requirements into secure, high-transactional, and highly available systems.
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces and interactive financial tools for financial advisers and investors.
- Consider non-functional requirements for high-volume, real-time transaction processing systems supporting millions of trades.
- Ensure solutions are secure, reusable, maintainable, and performant in collaboration with other developers.
- Develop robust solutions that align with project requirements and are built in a reusable manner.
- Build medium complexity features end-to-end.
- Continuously expand understanding of the business functionality of FNZ platforms.
Quality Assurance
- Participate in and conduct code reviews to provide and receive feedback, enhancing skills and knowledge.
- Write automated unit tests for all new code.
- Perform manual testing to ensure system integrity and prevent regressions.
Collaboration & Communication
- Actively engage in organizational collaboration and communication channels.
- Participate in solution design discussions, highlighting creative solutions and challenging problems to the developer community and broader FNZ teams/clients.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and opportunities for cross-project system design with other developers.
- Mentor new starters on platform and SDLC understanding.
- Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions on areas of personal expertise.
Technology & Innovation
- Stay abreast of industry practices, new technologies, tools, and methods, and suggest suitable adoptions for FNZ.
- Proactively resolve technical issues (environmental, coding, testing) that hinder development progress.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues as requested.
- Create innovative solutions by leveraging cutting-edge technology or generic concepts.
