Analyst

The Analytics and Innovation team at United Airlines leverages advanced AI/ML techniques to drive revenue, boost customer engagement, and automate processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for improvement using statistics, machine learning, and data modeling.
• Develop end-to-end project pipelines deploying scalable solutions on company platforms.
• Create smart AI/ML solutions across departments including Generative AI applications (prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG).
• Mentor junior resources and research the latest ML models to share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Statistics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics/data science (Full-time).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for large datasets.
• Experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle: data prep, model development, evaluation, deployment.
