Analyst

Join KPMG India as a Data Analyst in our Mumbai office to drive and support critical business change activities within our Data Analytics simplification agenda. This role is instrumental in aligning and enhancing our internal audit processes to maximize business value and support strategic growth. As a delivery-focused position, you will lead audit-driven business change initiatives within program or project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Data Analytics tasks utilizing languages such as Python and SQL.
• Apply advanced Excel and Tabular skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Work with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and perform comprehensive data handling activities.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Serve as an individual contributor on client data handling projects.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in data analytics, including Python, Power BI, Alteryx, and SQL.

Soft Skills & Experience:

• Deliver high-impact results in data handling activities.
• Possess a solid understanding of business function processes and Data Analytics approaches.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across various organizational levels.
• Produce high-quality deliverables and execute activities effectively.
• Exhibit resilience and the ability to manage challenges in diverse work environments and sectors.
• Maintain a results/outcomes-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, or any computer science field with 2-5 years of relevant Data Analyst experience.
• Certifications in Data Science are highly preferred.

Selection Process:

Candidates will undergo two rounds of technical interviews, followed by an interview with the business head.
