Full Job Description
Innergize Solutions is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience, preferably from a consulting or advisory background, to join their team in Mumbai, Worli. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for taxation and corporate structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and work on business models, financial models, and valuation models.
- Analyze financial statements and interpret financial ratios.
- Engage with banks and NBFCs for fundraising, including the preparation of working capital and term finance proposals.
- Prepare pitch decks and teaser Information Memorandums.
- Gain working knowledge of buy-side/sell-side activities, equity and debt raising, corporate laws, FEMA, and direct/indirect tax regulations.
- Understand Ind-AS and the restatement of financial statements.
- Assist companies in planning and preparing for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
- Proficiently use MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentations.
