Analyst

Freedom Mortgage is seeking a dedicated Analyst, Business Process to significantly enhance their Default Management operations. This critical role involves meticulous analysis of existing processes and procedures within the Default department to identify areas for improvement. You will conduct thorough data collection and research to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the department's business needs, enabling the measurement of current practice effectiveness. A key aspect of this position is cross-functional collaboration to drive optimized service business design through opportunity and issue identification, systemization, rigorous testing, effective training, and seamless deployment. You will develop a deep understanding of the Default department's systems, reports, and tools, acting as a subject matter expert to ensure their adequacy and proper utilization, proposing and developing enhancements as needed. Recommendations for improvement will be developed based on direct observation, data analysis, audit feedback, and evaluation of interdepartmental workflows. This role requires coordination with both external and internal business contacts to resolve system interface and data issues. You may also be responsible for delivering presentations and training courses focused on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control. A significant responsibility includes translating complex agency and regulatory technical material into clear verbal and written communications for Default Management. You will assess organizational changes, determine their impact, and assist Default Management in designing and executing strategies to support the department through these transitions, measuring change adoption effectiveness. Designing and facilitating meetings or focus groups, maintaining comprehensive documentation for all Default projects, and the ability to expertly organize and manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines are essential. This position embodies the evaluation, design, execution, measurement, monitoring, and control of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals. Working collaboratively across all Default departments to improve business process management, focusing on end-to-end process innovation to impact results, enhance profitability, and achieve business objectives, along with maintaining regular and punctual attendance, are fundamental to this role.
