We are seeking skilled individuals for an Analyst position at our Bengaluru location. This role involves direct interaction with UK customers via live chat and voice calls, requiring excellent communication and language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage effectively with members through live chat and voice calls.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, handling inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to accurately document member interactions.
• Multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing concurrent chats.
• Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Possess knowledge of medical terminology.

Requirements:

• Typing proficiency: 40-60 words per minute.
• Graduate degree.
• Candidates with MBA, MCA, BCA, B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc. CS, or B.Sc. IT degrees are NOT eligible.
• Immediate joiners preferred (0-15 days).
