Analyst

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks an exceptional Analyst for its BCG Vantage team, specializing in Organization Design & Operating Model and Cost Transformations. This role involves providing training, conducting analyses, and performing research to enhance client performance through organizational structure redesign. Responsibilities include applying expertise in Organization Design & Operating Model to proposals and projects, advising on core cost optimization strategies, collaborating effectively in a global, virtual team using agile methodologies, communicating credibly with senior stakeholders, structuring and sharing intellectual property, solving problems creatively and analytically under time constraints, demonstrating flexibility and innovation, and navigating complex stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of work experience, a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of experience in Organization Design & Operating Model, fluency in English, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in Cost Transformation is strongly preferred, as is an advanced degree with high academic achievement. This is a full-time, onsite position in Dallas County, TX.
