This role is crucial in supporting Relationship Managers with credit package preparation, conducting in-depth market and industry research, and ensuring superior customer service. The Analyst will also be responsible for risk management and adherence to all regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing competitive credit packages to meet client needs, delivering exceptional customer service, performing thorough risk analysis, preparing documentation for financial solutions, and recommending credit submissions. The position involves assisting in cross-selling financial products to maximize revenue and retain client relationships while managing risk. The Analyst will contribute to achieving business objectives through excellent service and risk support, promoting TD's products and services, and ensuring operational excellence. This involves completing business processes accurately and in a timely manner, protecting organizational interests by identifying and managing risks, and ensuring all documentation accurately reflects client intentions and complies with regulations. The role requires due diligence for customer transactions and staying updated on emerging trends and regulatory changes. Maintaining a culture of risk management and compliance with industry codes of conduct is essential.
