Analyst || 5 days working || WFO

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with U.S. payers to confirm patient eligibility and validate payee information.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Follow up with payers to ascertain the status of claims.
• Identify reasons for claim denials and implement effective resolution strategies.
• Prevent claims from being written off through timely follow-up actions.
• Possess a strong understanding of billing scrubbers and the ability to make necessary edits.
• Manage contractual adjustments and work on write-off projects.
• Achieve a good cash collection and resolution rate.
• Demonstrate strong calling, probing, and denial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized educational institution.
• Proficiency in analytical skills and the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and outbound calling.
