Role: Amazon Connect Engineer

Location:

  • Chennai
  • Hyderabad
  • Kerala

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer with 5+ years of production experience to lead contact center solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience (3+ years) with Amazon Connect.

Tech Stack & Skills:

  • AWS Core Services: Lambda (Python/Node.js), IAM, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
  • Voice AI: Amazon Lex and Amazon Q integration within Connect.

Contact Center Fundamentals:

Solid understanding of IVR design, ACD logic, queueing strategies, telephony/SIP protocols, and call recording management. Experience with any CRM tools is required to build seamless integrations.
