About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with strong Salesforce integration skills. The ideal candidate will support and maintain our contact center solutions, resolve production issues, and contribute to AI-enabled innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Amazon Connect & Salesforce integrations
• Resolve telephony and user-related incidents in a production environment
• Develop enhancements and implement bug fixes
• Contribute to AI-driven contact center solutions and PoCs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and Salesforce
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
• Candidates available for short notice periods will be prioritized
