The AIX Field Service Engineer II plays a pivotal role at Applied Materials by driving continual improvement projects within digital tool spaces. Key responsibilities include providing expert troubleshooting guidance, maintaining the Factory Support System (FSS), and mentoring colleagues on digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute deployment, configuration, and propagation of Digital Tools (DTs).
• Maintain the FSS system by monitoring alarms, propagating models, and adjusting model limits.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for contract issues at the site.
• Foster collaboration on DT usage to gain deep insights into tools, signals, and systems.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly internally.
