Airtable Expert Feelancer

HeSpoke Originals Private Limited is seeking a freelance Airtable expert to design and implement a robust database, intuitive interfaces, and efficient automation workflows for their business operations. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in Airtable architecture, user interfaces, integrations, and automation tools.

This is a freelance, project-based position suited for an individual capable of independently understanding business requirements, architecting systems, and delivering high-performing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Airtable Setup & Database Architecture

• Design and structure comprehensive Airtable bases, tables, fields, and their interrelationships.
• Develop scalable systems for effective management of business data and operational workflows.
• Optimize database structures to enhance performance and user experience.

Airtable Interfaces

• Create clean, user-friendly Airtable Interfaces tailored for various teams.
• Design interactive dashboards for operational tracking, reporting, and workflow monitoring.
• Ensure intuitive navigation and accessibility for all internal users.

Automation & Workflow Integration

• Implement automations within Airtable to minimize manual effort.
• Set up and manage workflows such as task triggers, status updates, notifications, and data synchronization.
• Integrate Airtable with other essential tools using Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, or direct API connections.

Process Optimization

• Analyze existing business workflows and propose strategic improvements.
• Automate repetitive tasks across operational and reporting functions.
• Ensure the overall reliability and efficiency of the implemented systems.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven extensive experience with Airtable setup and database architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating Airtable Interfaces and Automations.
• Proficiency with integration platforms like Make (Integromat), Zapier, or API integrations.
• Capability to design and implement scalable workflow systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver effective solutions.
