We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airport Recruitment Warehouse & Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves managing the recruitment process for warehouse and operations positions at airport facilities across India, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for warehouse and operations staff at various airport locations.
• Manage job postings and candidate sourcing through diverse digital platforms including our Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Mumbai offices.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates specifically for high-volume warehouse and ground operations roles within the aviation sector.
• Ensure full compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and regulatory procedures applicable in India.
• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to airport operational demands.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources for immediate deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview notes, and all related recruitment activities using HR software.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment progress to senior management at our Bengaluru headquarters or regional offices in Kolkata and Mumbai.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and the specific nuances of airport logistics hiring.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across our Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Mumbai locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern HR software systems like ATS or Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail required for high-volume hiring cycles.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations specific to India's aviation and logistics sectors.
