Full Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior AI/ML Engineer to support our Enterprise Generative AI platform and initiatives across the company. You will build, test, and deploy data science solutions including forecasting models, analytics workflows, and GenAI use cases under mentorship from senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate machine learning/statistical models for business applications.
- Build predictive/forecasting models using established techniques.
- Create Generative AI solutions including prompt engineering, LLM experimentation, and RAG workflows (embeddings/retrieval).
- Perform data preparation, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis on structured/unstructured enterprise data.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into production pipelines.
- Leverage Databricks and AWS SageMaker for model development and deployment.
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize outcomes.
Educational & Professional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field. Typically 2–4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles (or equivalent academic/project experience).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and libraries: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn. Familiarity with SQL and relational/NoSQL databases.
- Versatility in version control tools like Git.
Note:This role is based full-time at our Gurgaon/Gurugram office.
Basic understanding of ML algorithms and statistical modeling
Experience with cloud platforms (Databricks/AWS).
