AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI-driven solutions and RPA processes to optimize operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and foster innovation within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise, a keen analytical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI models using machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. Integrate AI solutions into existing systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Optimize and maintain AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• RPA Implementation: Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and efficiency gains. Develop, test, and deploy RPA robots using Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive tasks. Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct training sessions for team members and end-users on AI and RPA solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for AI models, RPA processes, and deployment plans. Generate reports on automation impact and AI performance metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and RPA. Propose and implement enhancements and innovations for existing systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in AI development (ML, DL, NLP) with proficiency in languages like Python, R, or Java.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/RPA services is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI solutions with RPA tools.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (C#, JavaScript) and database management (SQL).
• Relevant certifications in AI or RPA are highly valued.
