About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and technically proficient AI/ML Engineer with Python expertise to contribute to large-scale AI model development. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality data annotation, evaluation, and model improvement workflows. You will act as a crucial link between machine learning engineering and structured annotation processes, aiming to boost model accuracy, reliability, and domain-specific performance. Collaborate closely with data scientists, domain experts, and AI researchers to define annotation guidelines, validate model outputs, and refine training datasets for supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and evaluation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and train machine learning models utilizing Python.
• Conduct thorough data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Implement strategies to optimize model accuracy and performance.
• Manage the deployment of models into production environments.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Python.
• Proficiency in using ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated experience with deployment tools and API integration.
