About the AI/ML Engineer Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and technically proficient AI/ML Engineer (Python-based) to contribute to large-scale AI model development. This role involves high-quality data annotation, evaluation, and model improvement workflows, bridging machine learning engineering with structured annotation processes to elevate model accuracy, reliability, and domain-specific performance. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, domain experts, and AI researchers to define annotation guidelines, validate model outputs, and optimize training datasets for supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and evaluation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and train machine learning models utilizing Python.
• Conduct thorough data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Implement optimizations for model accuracy and overall performance.
• Manage the deployment of models into production environments.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning/AI using Python.
• Proficiency with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated experience with deployment tools and APIs.
