AI/ML Engineer

This is a hands-on position where you will collaborate closely with founders, product managers, engineering, and AI specialists to design, develop, and refine production-grade AI systems utilized by enterprises and government organizations. We are seeking candidates with demonstrable experience in AI agents, agentic AI frameworks, tool-calling systems, memory architectures, or autonomous workflows, gained through professional work or significant personal projects.

Your responsibilities will include working with systems that leverage LLM orchestration, multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, reasoning loops, voice AI, and the development of AI automation infrastructure. What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in AI/ML engineering or backend AI systems development.
• Proficiency in Python development.
• Proven hands-on experience in building AI agents or agentic AI workflows.
• Solid understanding of: Tool calling, RAG architectures, Memory systems, Multi-agent orchestration, Autonomous workflows, and Planning/reasoning loops.
• Familiarity with key frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, and HuggingFace.
• A good grasp of vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience in building APIs and backend systems, preferably with FastAPI or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment, Docker, GPUs, and scalable AI infrastructure.
• The ability to independently prototype and deliver production-ready systems.
• Strong debugging skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and fundamental engineering principles.
• Comfort in direct interaction with product and business stakeholders.
• A startup-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership, a drive for fast execution, and a collaborative spirit.

Salary Range: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
