EcoRatings: A GenAI Solution for Sustainability

Join EcoRatings in Noida as an AI/ML Engineer. We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team based at our office location.

We leverage enterprise-grade Generative AI and Blockchain technologies underpinning a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to process sustainability data and automate carbon measurement, reporting, and validation tasks using our fine-tuned open-source foundation model, Sustaining.AI functions as an ESG expert via chat.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and deploy software applications, datasets, and deep learning models to enhance sustainability assessment capabilities.
• Fine-tune large language models for specific organizational tasks within the domain of environmental science and AI.
• Collaborate closely with team members on integrating advanced Generative AI solutions into production systems.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness in a high-stakes enterprise environment.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs to maintain system integrity.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation following industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or Generative AI application development are essential for this role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and a working knowledge of C++ are mandatory skills.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), object-oriented programming, and core software engineering principles is expected.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Generative AI, deep learning, and Transformer architectures will be highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow is required.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, semantic search, vector indexing, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant and relational databases such as SQL, including advanced query optimization skills.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and FastAI is preferred.
• Understanding of AI system design, model evaluation, deployment, and the development of scalable, production-ready AI applications for sustainability goals.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code while following software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for success in our Noida office team.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Familiarity with developing agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems will set you apart.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, model fine-tuning, and inference optimization is a plus for this GenAI role.
• A track record of building, integrating, and deploying end-to-end Generative AI applications in real-world scenarios.
