Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions tailored for the lending and transaction banking sectors. Focus areas include high-impact applications such as credit scoring, sophisticated risk assessment, efficient payment processing, and robust fraud detection systems.
- Architect, implement, and fine-tune Deep Learning models utilizing popular frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other contemporary ML libraries.
- Spearhead the development and optimization of Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and Large Language Models (LLMs). Applications will span automated document processing, in-depth customer profiling, and enhancing customer interactions.
- Implement and refine vision-based algorithms for critical financial processes including document verification, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, and real-time transaction monitoring.
- Engage closely with business stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of business processes, conceptualize AI-driven features, and ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into the existing technology infrastructure.
- Champion and enforce best practices throughout the machine learning lifecycle, encompassing model training, hyperparameter tuning, and strategic deployment within enterprise environments.
- Provide guidance on managing the scalability, performance, and overall robustness of AI solutions, ensuring they effectively meet the demanding requirements of enterprise software systems in transaction banking and lending.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 6 years of comprehensive experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including at least 2 years specifically in enterprise software development.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, and associated programming languages.
- In-depth knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), with practical experience working on Large Language Models (LLMs) including models like GPT and BERT.
- Proven experience with vision-based algorithms and their practical application to solve real-world financial challenges.
- Solid understanding of business processes within the lending domain and transaction banking operations.
- A verifiable track record of successfully building scalable and robust AI solutions within enterprise settings.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt AI/ML methodologies to swiftly evolving business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Technology (B.E/B.Tech) degree from a Tier 1 educational institute.
- Prior experience in the lending, transaction banking, or fintech industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise software architecture principles and integration patterns, particularly within the financial services context.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps practices and tools for the deployment and ongoing maintenance of machine learning models in production environments.
