AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer for our Internal Platforms team. You will join us to build and improve a next-generation AI recruiting agent using modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Build and enhance AI agent capabilities by leveraging cutting-edge LLMs.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs in Python.
• Design, iterate on prompts, workflows, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and complex agent orchestration strategies.
• Evaluate model performance continuously through rigorous experimentation to improve quality and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful AI-powered features.
• Deploy and maintain scalable AI systems within production environments on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

What We're Looking For

• Strong Python software engineering skills.
• Proven experience building applications with LLMs and integrating AI APIs.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience developing high-performance APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Solid background working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• A strong problem-solving mindset and an experimental approach to engineering challenges.
