AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI to join our fully remote team in India. This is a permanent full-time position focused on shaping the future of autonomous artificial intelligence.

Overview

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in building Agentic AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern generative applications. You will design intelligent solutions that leverage LLMs, retrieval systems, and multi-agent architectures to solve complex business problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic Development: Build AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool calling, memory management, and autonomous task execution using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• RAG Pipelines: Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems utilizing vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Model Optimization: Fine-tune and evaluate leading LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama) for specific business use cases.
• Multi-Agent Systems: Architect multi-agent workflows that orchestrate complex processes across enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Prompt Engineering & Automation: Implement advanced prompt chaining, agent routing, and automated workflow systems.
• Governance & Security: Establish robust evaluation frameworks, monitoring guardrails, and observability protocols to ensure compliance and scalability.
