AI/ML Engineer II

Precision AQ is seeking an AI/ML Engineer II to join our growing Product Solutions team in India. In this role, you will design, develop, and scale production-grade AI/ML solutions tailored for oncology access, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled product offerings. You will act as a hands-on technical contributor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into robust, scalable AI systems. This position emphasizes the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including model development, MLOps, and the application of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI models.
• Architect scalable MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Deploy AI solutions within cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP) using containerization technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing SaaS products.
• Maintain high standards for data security, compliance, and auditability in healthcare data applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience delivering production-deployed AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in scalable ML/NLP workflows.
• Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning techniques, and cloud-based AI deployment (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
