About the AI/ML Engineer Role in Hyderabad

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role involves the end-to-end development and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions that drive innovation in healthcare.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI/ML solutions utilizing Python, pandas, numpy, and SQL.
• Leverage frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for model building and deployment.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, and feature engineering to identify critical insights and patterns within data.
• Build, tune, and evaluate machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Perform drift analysis to continuously monitor model performance and ensure ongoing accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Manage the complete AI/ML project lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to tuning and deployment.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI/ML solutions within production environments.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML techniques and tools, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Document and communicate findings, methodologies, and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adhere strictly to employment contract terms, company policies, and all directives, including potential work location changes, team reassignments, shifts, and policy variations based on the evolving business landscape.

Required Qualifications for AI/ML Engineer

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full life cycle of AI/ML projects, including EDA, model development, tuning, and drift analysis.
• Proven hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI/ML projects.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, complemented by experience with pandas, numpy, and SQL.
• Expertise in using machine learning frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• A solid foundational understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies (e.g., PySpark, Hadoop) and data streaming tools (e.g., Kafka) is considered a significant advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for effective teamwork in a dynamic environment.
