AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient AI/ML Engineer with at least 2 years of practical experience in the development, training, and deployment of machine learning models. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid background in end-to-end ML pipelines, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to deliver innovative AI solutions in Gurgaon/Gurugram, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for practical applications.
• Construct robust and scalable data pipelines, including preprocessing large datasets for AI/ML initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ML-based solutions.
• Implement and manage the deployment of ML models into production environments, leveraging MLOps principles and tools.
• Undertake research to continuously improve existing models and explore novel algorithms and techniques.
• Monitor the performance of deployed models, focusing on enhancing accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Generate comprehensive documentation for models, development workflows, and operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in roles focused on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python and its associated ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Demonstrated experience in building and training various ML/DL models, including classification, regression, Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• A strong grasp of data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
• Familiarity with ML deployment tools like Docker, Flask/FastAPI, Kubernetes, and cloud ML services (Azure, AWS, GCP) is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
