About the Role

TimeTrust is hiring for its new India team! Join us early to help shape one of finance's biggest challenges: ensuring retirement savings last as long as people do. We are building AI-powered technology designed for a global audience, with offices in New York, Silicon Valley, Zurich, Berlin, Mexico City and Liechtenstein.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build and deploy machine learning models for financial forecasting, longevity analytics, and risk modelling.
  • Build LLM-powered tools for customer support, document processing and financial education.
  • Develop anomaly and fraud-detection systems to protect members and the platform.
  • Partner with data engineers to build reliable pipelines on AWS or GCP.
  • Collaborate across international teams (USA and Europe) in actuarial, product, and compliance functions.
  • Monitor, test, and improve model performance in production while writing clear documentation.

We Are Looking For

You have experience with or strong interest in LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI. Strong English communication skills are essential for collaboration across India, Europe and the USA.

For freshers: We encourage applications from candidates with strong projects, internships, Kaggle work, or GitHub portfolios.

Nice to Have

  • Fintech, insurance, banking or actuarial experience.
  • Familiarity with time-series forecasting or survival analysis.
  • MLOps expertise (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD).

Benefits & Perks

✅ Competitive INR salary + ESOPs / performance bonus
✅ Remote-first work across India with flexible hours
✅ Travel opportunities to Europe and the USA for top performers
✅ Mentorship from global leaders in finance and technology
