AI/ML Engineer Position in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid: 3 Days/Week Onsite)

Role Definition: We seek a genuine AI/ML Engineer who excels in understanding and applying models across diverse contexts—beyond tool-specific expertise. Python mastery is mandatory—candidates must demonstrate deep Python skills, not just team leadership.

Core Skills Required:

• Breadth Across AI Ecosystem: Expertise in classical ML (e.g., XGBoost, SVM)—data cleaning, feature engineering, training, and cross-validation—alongside NLP techniques (embeddings, text classification).
• Agentic AI Over GenAI: Preference for candidates skilled in agentic AI (more impactful than GenAI) with hands-on Python development.
• Production-Grade Mindset: Experience building customer-facing, production-grade solutions—understanding the gap between POC and real-world scale.
• Domain Fit: Ideal candidates come from product-based companies, preferably with service org experience (e.g., Philips Research). Must handle unstructured data (text, voice)—not limited to structured/numeric data.
