Role Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Developer with significant expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and workflow automation platforms such as Make.com and n8n. This role is crucial for developing robust, scalable AI-powered automation systems, backend APIs, and intelligent data workflows designed to enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven automation systems utilizing Make.com, n8n, and Python.
• Construct scalable backend services with Django, FastAPI, or Django REST Framework.
• Design and implement workflows for NLP, LLM, or Generative AI applications.
• Create intelligent automation pipelines that integrate APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Build web scraping and data extraction tools using frameworks like Selenium and BeautifulSoup.
• Develop machine learning-powered solutions for analytics, prediction, and workflow intelligence.
• Deploy and maintain AI models using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate effectively with product, data, and automation teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in Python development, specifically with AI/Automation projects.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Make.com, n8n, or similar.
• A strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI integrations.
• Proven experience in building REST APIs and backend systems using Django or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, with PostgreSQL being a preference.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and fundamental MLOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, AI agents, or workflow orchestration tools.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation.
