About The Role

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to design and build next-generation AI-powered applications. You will leverage large language models (LLMs) and advanced generative techniques to significantly enhance customer interactions, data systems, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Generative Applications: Build production-ready systems utilizing LLMs for NLP, code generation, and multimodal use cases.
• Integrate with Products: Design robust APIs that embed generative AI capabilities directly into customer-facing applications.
• Optimize Models: Fine-tune, distill, and adapt foundation models to specific tasks for maximum efficiency and performance.
• Leverage Retrieval & Memory: Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector search, and embeddings for context-aware solutions.
• Ensure Reliability: Build monitoring pipelines to track model quality, detect drift, and maintain trustworthiness in production environments.
