AI Workflow Engineer - Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Praeclarum Tech is seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to spearhead the deep integration of Artificial Intelligence into our software development lifecycle. This role is crucial for empowering our development team to deliver features faster, enhance code quality, minimize bugs, automate repetitive engineering tasks, and significantly boost overall development efficiency through AI.

Key Responsibilities
AI Development Automation
- Develop and implement AI-powered workflows to automate various software development processes.
- Create sophisticated AI agents capable of:
- Automated code generation.
- Intelligent code review and analysis.
- Efficient documentation generation.
- Streamlined API integration assistance.
- Automated code refactoring.
- In-depth technical analysis.
QA & Testing Automation
- Design and implement AI-driven Quality Assurance systems.
- Build robust automated testing workflows covering:
- Frontend application testing.
- Backend API testing.
- Comprehensive regression testing.
- Thorough integration testing.
- End-to-end system testing.
- Utilize AI to proactively identify bugs, uncover edge cases, and detect performance bottlenecks before deployment.
Engineering Productivity Enhancement
- Develop internal AI tools specifically designed to augment developer productivity.
- Create AI copilots and specialized AI workflows to assist developers.
- Automate routine development and DevOps tasks.
- Optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows through AI automation.
AI Integration & Infrastructure
- Work extensively with leading AI APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
- Architect and build multi-model AI workflows and orchestration systems.
- Develop advanced prompt engineering pipelines and agent-based systems.
- Seamlessly integrate AI systems into our existing infrastructure, primarily based on React, Node.js, and AWS.
Architecture & Optimization
- Conduct thorough analyses of current engineering workflows to pinpoint opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Provide expert recommendations on AI tooling and frameworks.
- Contribute to improving code quality and establishing high development standards across the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or AI engineering.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with LLMs such as Claude or equivalent, coupled with advanced, production-level prompt engineering expertise.
- A solid understanding of modern web application architecture.
- Proven track record of building AI workflows, automation solutions, or intelligent agents.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; foundational knowledge of JavaScript is preferred.
- Strong capabilities in advanced API integration.
Development & Automation Experience
- Experience in automating software development workflows.
- Experience building internal engineering tools or robust automation systems.
- A comprehensive understanding of:
- The software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Deployment workflows and best practices.
- Strategies for optimizing engineering productivity.
- Code quality and maintainability practices.
