Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient C++ Developer to join our team as an AI Trainer. This role is integral to the advancement and refinement of sophisticated AI models. You will operate at the dynamic nexus of software development and artificial intelligence, contributing to the training of models designed to enhance their understanding, generation, and evaluation capabilities for high-quality C++ code.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, author, and optimize C++ code segments specifically for AI training initiatives.
• Assess AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices in C++ development.
• Develop coding challenges, comprehensive test cases, and effective solutions to elevate AI model performance.
• Provide precise and structured feedback to facilitate optimal AI learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to refine training datasets and update project guidelines.
• Uphold stringent standards for code quality, readability, and compliance with modern C++ conventions.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in C++ development.
• A solid grasp of fundamental data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Proficiency with the Standard Template Library (STL), memory management techniques, and performance optimization strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented C++ code.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Prior experience with competitive programming or participation in coding platforms such as Codeforces, LeetCode, etc.
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows or experience in data annotation projects.
• Familiarity with modern C++ standards (C++11 and later versions).
