AI Trainer

Deccan AI Experts, a pioneering AI company with a strong foundation from IIT Bombay, IIM Ahmedabad, and other premier institutions, is seeking a skilled C++ Developer to serve as an AI Trainer. This role is crucial for enhancing our advanced AI models, operating at the intersection of software development and artificial intelligence. You will play a key part in training AI to better understand, generate, and evaluate high-quality C++ code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, author, and optimize C++ code snippets specifically for AI training initiatives.
• Assess AI-generated C++ code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Develop coding challenges, test cases, and solutions to drive model performance improvements.
• Provide precise, structured feedback to facilitate AI learning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine training datasets and establish clear guidelines.
• Uphold high standards for code quality, readability, and compliance with modern C++ standards.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in C++ development.
• Solid understanding of fundamental computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Proficiency with the Standard Template Library (STL), memory management techniques, and performance optimization strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented C++ code.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with competitive programming or prominent coding platforms such as Codeforces or LeetCode.
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows or data annotation projects.
• Familiarity with modern C++ standards (C++11 and later versions).
