AI Test Engineer

Join Ascendion as an AI Test Engineer to drive excellence in testing AI and Machine Learning applications. This role requires hands-on experience in testing AI/ML products, including Agentic AI Agent validation, with expertise in tools like Tosca, Python, and Selenium.

Must-have skills include:

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, BDD) for functional testing
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer with a focus on AI/ML products
• Deep understanding of Responsible AI principles, including bias detection, explainability, privacy, and security
• Experience with Agentic AI architectures and evaluating agent behavior
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and DevOps pipelines
• Expertise in testing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, including prompt engineering and model evaluation
• Experience with performance and load testing of AI models
• Knowledge of data governance and quality best practices in AI contexts
• Certifications like ISTQB Foundation Level and ISTQB Certified AI Tester (preferred)

Desirable qualifications include:

• Experience in a top-tier consultancy or large enterprise
• Direct experience with Agentic AI solutions and evaluating agent interactions
• Strong test management tool expertise (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
