Full Job Description
About the Role: AI Test Engineer at Ascendion seeks a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in testing AI applications, including Agentic AI and Generative AI (GenAI). Key responsibilities include:
- Proven experience in testing AI/ML products, ensuring compliance with Responsible AI principles, including fairness, bias detection, explainability, privacy, and security.
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Python, Selenium) and methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and BDD for functional testing.
- Experience with Agentic AI agent testing, evaluating behavior, goal achievement, and interaction patterns.
- In-depth knowledge of GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering, model output evaluation, and understanding generative model nuances.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, test toolsets (C#, Java), and DevOps pipelines for change, release, and deployment.
- Strong skills in UAT, defect reporting, triage, and QA metrics preparation.
- Certifications like ISTQB Foundation Level and ISTQB Certified AI Tester are preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and multi-tasking abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
