About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Lead in AI-driven test automation to architect and execute next-generation quality assurance solutions. You will bridge traditional QA practices with cutting-edge artificial intelligence, leveraging LLMs and self-healing frameworks to optimize testing lifecycles.

• AI & Advanced Testing Capabilities:
• Pioneering AI-based code-assisted IDEs (Copilot, MCP) and productivity tools.
• Building AI agents on GCP or custom LLM platforms for intelligent test generation.
• Mastery of self-healing locators, smart waits, flakiness detection, and COTS tools like ACCELQ, Testim, and Tricentis Tosca+Vision AI.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with extensive Cypress automation experience.
• Spearheading UI, API, and mobile automation frameworks within cloud environments (Azure DevOps).
• Integrating QA pipelines into CI/CD for seamless deployment cycles.
• Leadership & Strategy:
• Defining test strategies, estimation models, and execution plans for large-scale programs.
• Governing quality metrics, review automation assets, and driving continuous improvement in QA governance.
• Mentoring teams to influence enterprise-wide AI adoption and delivery excellence.
