As an AI System Test Engineer at Cisco (India), you will design and develop AI/ML-based tools for functional testing, ensuring quality in systems simulating IIoT deployments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Developing, testing, and maintaining AI-driven solutions for network monitoring, automation, and optimization.
- Participating in automation initiatives using Python scripting, AI tools, and modern networking frameworks.
- Maintaining knowledge of emerging trends in AI, networking technologies, and automation practices relevant to the Bengaluru tech hub.
- Contributing to internal tools, proofs-of-concept, and innovation projects related to AI-enabled networks.
- Collaborating with senior engineers to design, test, and deploy network and AI-based features or enhancements.
- Monitoring system performance, investigating anomalies, and contributing to root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Supporting day-to-day network engineering activities including configuration validation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Mentoring the test team on AI/ML and testing technologies by staying updated with latest industry developments.
- Archiving meaningful documentation to support department knowledge retention in Bengaluru.
