AI Solutions Engineer

MyOperator is seeking an AI Solutions Delivery Engineer for a post-sale, customer-facing role focused on the end-to-end delivery of AI bots and agents. This frontline execution role is ideal for someone who thrives on translating real business requirements into effective AI-driven workflows. You will be responsible for prompt engineering, knowledge grounding, deploying solutions to production, and iterating for reliable, scalable performance. This position combines the skills of a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, and Prompt Engineer with a strong emphasis on execution and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Discovery & Stakeholder Interaction: Engage in post-sale customer calls to understand business objectives, user journeys, and automation needs. Identify necessary data sources and act as the AI subject-matter expert.

Use Case & Solution Documentation: Translate customer discussions into structured use-case documents detailing problem statements, goals, conversational flows, integrations, dependencies, assumptions, limitations, and success criteria.

Customer Delivery Ownership: Oversee the complete deployment of AI bots for various use cases such as lead qualification, customer support, and bookings. Conduct workshops to capture business processes and drive the go-live process through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Prompt Engineering & Conversation Design: Develop robust prompts, tool instructions, guardrails, fallbacks, and escalation policies. Design structured conversational flows, including intents, entities, routing, and human handoffs. Build reusable prompt patterns and internal prompt packs.

Testing, Debugging & Iteration: Analyze conversation logs to identify and rectify failure modes. Create test datasets, run regressions, and measure improvements. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on platform enhancements.

Integrations & Technical Coordination: Integrate bots with APIs and webhooks for CRM, ticketing systems, and internal tools. Troubleshoot production issues and support root-cause analysis.

Success Metrics: Ensure rapid customer bot go-lives with high containment, task completion, and low escalation. Diagnose and resolve failures through prompt, workflow, or knowledge adjustments. Build customer trust as the primary AI delivery owner through clear communication and reliable execution.

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in customer-facing delivery roles like implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, including structured outputs, guardrails, and tool usage.

Strong communication skills for workshops, requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Technical proficiency with APIs/webhooks, JSON, debugging logs, and basic integration troubleshooting.

Willingness to be customer-facing and occasionally engage in onsite deployments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with chatbots, voice bots, IVR, WhatsApp automation, or conversational AI platforms.

Understanding of key metrics like containment, resolution rate, response latency, and CSAT drivers.

Prior SaaS onboarding or delivery experience with mid-market or enterprise clients.
