As an **AI Solutions Analyst – AI Workflows** at Zamp.ai, you’ll be a pivotal business partner, bridging the gap between customer processes and AI-driven automation. Your role involves deeply analyzing operational challenges, formalizing problem statements, and translating them into precise, high-quality AI workflows using our proprietary code generation platform. Key responsibilities include:
- Workflow Definition & Implementation: Capture business requirements, design workflows, and generate code to automate processes—ensuring accuracy, scalability, and measurable impact.
- End-to-End Ownership: Validate workflows from design to production rollout, including testing and performance monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business teams, product, and engineering, refining workflow patterns and platform capabilities.
- Customer & Stakeholder Enablement: Onboard customers, troubleshoot workflows, and facilitate feedback loops to ensure seamless adoption.
- Business Impact Tracking: Monitor workflow performance, track KPIs/ROI, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is a **business-driven role** that merges AI innovation with operational excellence. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience in business/analyst roles, a strong academic background (preferably in Computer Science), and proficiency in Python/JavaScript. Key traits include:
