Role Overview

As an AI Solution Analyst – AI Workflows at Zamp.ai, you will operate as a key business partner on the front line. Your primary focus is to deeply understand customer processes, capture workflow requirements, and translate them into precise, high-quality AI workflows using our code generation platform.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to unpack real operational challenges, formalize problem statements, and ensure workflows reflect true business needs. This role leverages AI to transform operations into reliable, measurable, and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Definition & Implementation: Translate requirements from customers/internal teams into workflow specifications using our internal AI tooling to generate code and assemble automation logic.
• End-to-End Ownership: Validate workflows end-to-end—from design through testing, production rollout, and performance monitoring.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the critical link between business teams, product & engineering. Provide feedback on workflow patterns, tool improvements, and platform capabilities.
• Customer Enablement: Onboard workflow solutions with customer-facing teams to ensure smooth operation and support adoption/feedback loops.
• Business Impact Tracking: Monitor performance, measure KPIs/ROI, and communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience (including internships) in business analyst roles or equivalent.
• Strong academic foundation; candidates from top-tier institutes preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science strongly preferred, with proficiency in basic programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to process modeling.
• Initiative and ownership mindset: thriving in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical language.
