Full Job Description

MyOperator is seeking a Front Deployed Engineer (FDE) for its Noida, India office. This customer-facing role involves the end-to-end delivery of AI bots and agents. You will work directly with clients, translating business needs into bot workflows, performing prompt engineering and knowledge grounding, deploying solutions, and iterating for reliable production performance. This position combines the responsibilities of a solutions engineer, implementation engineer, and prompt engineer with a strong focus on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Discovery & Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams on customer calls to understand business objectives, user journeys, automation expectations, and edge cases. Identify necessary data sources (CRM, APIs, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) and serve as the AI subject-matter expert in client discussions.
  • Use Case & Solution Documentation: Develop structured use case documents detailing problem statements, goals, current vs. proposed conversational flows, chatbot logic, integrations, dependencies, assumptions, limitations, and success criteria.
  • Customer Delivery Ownership: Take ownership of AI bot deployments for various customer use-cases like lead qualification, support, and booking. Conduct workshops to gather processes, FAQs, edge cases, and success metrics. Manage the go-live process from requirements to monitoring and improvement.
  • Prompt Engineering & Conversation Design: Craft effective prompts, tool instructions, guardrails, fallbacks, and escalation policies for stable bot behavior. Design structured conversational flows including intents, entities, routing, handoffs, and compliant responses. Develop reusable prompt patterns and packs.
  • Testing, Debugging & Iteration: Analyze logs to identify failure modes such as misclassification or hallucination. Create test sets, run regressions, and measure performance improvements. Coordinate with Product/Engineering teams for platform enhancements.
  • Integrations & Technical Coordination: Integrate bots with APIs and webhooks for CRM, ticketing, and internal tools to automate workflows. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate root-cause analysis and fixes.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Swift deployment of customer bots with high containment, task completion, and low escalation rates.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve failures using transcripts, logs, prompt, workflow, or knowledge base adjustments.
  • Establishment of customer trust as the AI delivery owner through clear communication, realistic timelines, and efficient execution.

Requirements (Must Have):

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing delivery roles such as implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, including structured outputs, guardrails, tool use, and iteration.
  • Excellent communication skills for workshops, requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Technical proficiency in API/webhook concepts, JSON, debugging logs, and basic integration troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to engage in front-deployed activities, including customer calls and potential site visits.

Good to Have (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with chatbots/voicebots, IVR, WhatsApp automation, or conversational AI platforms, with at least a few completed projects.
  • Understanding of key metrics like containment, resolution rate, response latency, and CSAT drivers.
  • Previous SaaS onboarding or delivery experience, particularly in mid-market or enterprise segments.
