AI Software Engineer

Role Overview

We seek a talented AI Engineer to join our agile squad and drive innovation in technology solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying autonomous systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic Systems: Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems. Develop and integrate advanced AI models into production-grade applications. Implement orchestration logic for complex multi-agent systems and task automation.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, AI-driven solutions that meet business needs. Write clean, scalable code supporting broader AI initiatives.
• Optimization: Monitor performance metrics and optimize production AI systems for efficiency and reliability. Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning advancements in LLMs, agentic architectures, and related technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Java 17+, Python/Go/Ruby, APIs, microservices, system integration, and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• AWS & Containerization: Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI. Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.

Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years with Java 17+ development.
• 2–5 years in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or software engineering roles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).
